Sparkly Star Rewards
Level-up rewards, most recently dubbed “Sparkly Star Rewards” are given when certain level goals have been achieved in the new school. These rewards can range from more dorm customization options, unlocking new elements, art studio access, and much more exciting features. Many have been wondering how you go about getting these rewards, and it is really simple! ​
The main way of earning Sparkly Star Rewards is through completing tasks in the new school. For example, let’s say you get the headmistress quest, once you complete the quest, you would get Sparkly Star Stickers. These Sparkly Star Stickers (or EXP) are then contributed towards leveling up your character, which all in all, lead to you getting your Sparkly Star Reward. You can also gain EXP by getting your moods up (ie. Hunger, Sleep and Cleanliness)
Once you first enter the game, and go into the “RH3: Front Office'' realm, you are greeted by Poppy, your upperclassman corientation volunteer. Once talking to her, you will get Sparkly Star Stickers for FREE! (Don’t tell the headmistress…). You will also get certain Sparkly Stars such as “Trading Hub Access”, “Art Studio Access'' and much more.
You will find your sparkly star achievements list in your journal.

~ Number of sparkly stars earned: this statistic shows how many sparkly star achievements you have gathered so far. There are 49 all together - each achievement is either earn by GAINING levels in campus 3 or REACHING certain level goals.

~ Number of levels to go: this shows you how on track you are to achieving a new sparkly star reward e.g. Shrink 'n Grow Stickers Upgrade!

~ Unlocking early: You can unlock sparkly star rewards earlier if you purchase them with diamonds. The amount of levels you have left to earn are multiplied by 1000 to determine how many diamonds you must pay to access the achievement. E.g. 18 levels = 18,000 diamonds.
In conclusion, Sparkly Star Rewards can be rewarded by leveling up in-game, and collecting EXP chests. You can also complete quests and maintain good moods to ensure more EXP. EXP can also be collected when competing in Musical Chairs, which takes place in the Rainy Day Classroom.
